Good girls go to school. Bad girls go to St. Trinian's.
St. Trinian's is a legendary independent (that's the key word) school for (bad) girls. Here the students on Chemistry lessons prepare vodka and explosives, during Spanish they learn how to deal with Spanish police and during the breaks they sell/buy drugs while having a smoke. There's a variety of girls (lots of lovely actresses here!) that the new girl has to learn how to live with. No one said it was going to be easy and it definitely is not going to be so. Especially thought that the school is about to bankrupt. If the school closes, all of the students will have to transform to normal schools. That's the main reason they will be doing their best to avoid it. Their plan to save the school involves not so legal actions but that's what makes the whole thing fun.
If you're not sure whether they made it, here's a hint: there's a sequel. More school cliques, more details about the school life, someone to fight and a real adventure. The girls that we know and love from the first movie, want to find a treasure, hidden by a pirate related to the headmistress and the (not so) new girl, they heard a legend about but first of all, they need to find the map. Surprisingly, they will have to fight a brotherhood of adult men who are interested in finding the treasure same as much. Here's where the race begins.
Reasons why I love it? Posh Totties, the wicked plot, Colin Firth, fun music in the background and... it's British!
